Hello David, Just what I needed tonight after pacing and straightening the house, wandering with anxiety. I took a sachet with lavender seeds and went back to bed with this practice. I felt deep relaxation. I will try to ‘toggle’ out of anxiety and fear with this practice a few times today when I sense I am getting caught up with those emotions. I will do the Nidra next.
