Wonderful!!! The last series was killer. More queues on breathing would be a great addition ( when to inhale and exhale when crunching for example)

I’d rather have some count down when the workout starts instead of having the explanation right away without the time cues. And also name of the exercises would be preferred as a first cue before explaining what to do.
I LOVE the new slider that allows me to make the coach louder if I want to minimize the music. Yaaayyyyy!!

Great workout but.... I'm 58, fit, & fairly "up to date" in life & music, however at 6-7am when I'm exercising & trying to listen to your instructors the gangster, rap, loud music is not pleasant, nor can I hear Cassie very well. There's so much great music to choose. Shouldn't the music be background only? Sorry to complain again but in this overstimulating world I don't want 2 voices going at once, especially at 6:30 when I'm alone in my home. Thank you again.

I just don't really like the audio thing. It would be better with an audio description then a timer and a whole workout plan

The plank sequence was excellent because it was challenging and different. I would call this class a core and shoulders workout.
Good efficient routine. Very clear explanations - easy to follow and easy to stay motivated. Would recommend alternating starting with the left and right arms for the plank series.
Have taken a few of Cassie's classes in person and always walk away with sore abs- this class did not disappoint!
