Yin Yoga w/ Jaime Russell
This class combines elements of Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga in order to unlock and release tension in the body while relaxing and calming the mind. Class will include a series of long, deep holds to open the body in a more passive way and encourage deep relaxation and release. This class utilizes a grounding, gentle sequence as well as yin and restorative postures designed to help restore the body and leave you feeling renewed. Come to class ready to move, stretch, and flow. Expect to leave feeling blissed out, grounded and calm to your core. Bolsters, blankets, and yoga blocks are utilized to help sustain postures. This class is suitable for all ages and levels of practice.
