60-45-30 Serious Strength
Full Body Strength w/ Chad Flahive
Train smarter while addressing major movement patterns (push, pull, squat, hinge) with one of Chad's signature formats. You'll complete 2 blocks of movement, 4 exercises in each block. First you do all four for 1 minute, then 45 seconds, the 30 seconds. Then you'll shred and sculpt muscle even more in block two using the same format but 4 different movements. It's smart, efficient and super effective! A great solid strength workout to include weekly and track your progress! You'll get stronger each week! (recommend 2-3 x per week for 3-4 weeks)
