Iโ€™m thinking this is more of a level 4 if you think Iโ€™m capable of holding an alternating plank for 6 minutes.... with no rest? Get out of here!

Alex is great. Awesome cueing. This class is a killer glute and core workout that also gets your heart-rate up. Would definitely do again. Get ready for some planking!
