Katie is so great!! I love how calm she is. She gently explains what i need to do without yelling at me, and she’s encouraging without being overly chipper - for me, it’s the perfect balance. Also, the workout was intense enough that I am dripping in sweat, but I could still do everything even though I haven’t worked out regularly for the past two or three months. This is the perfect workout to get me back into working out and feeling good about it.

Simple work outs but the second circuit was difficult to understand for the second work out. Pictures would have been helpful on the work out summary page before you start the class so i already can get an idea of what i need to do as the instructor explains the workout
