This class was good because i didn’t want to get too sweaty but i wish there wasn’t so many breaks in between

Liked the tabata style. Worked well for this class. Not sure I was doing the butterfly crunch right, would have appreciated another explanation of the move. I don't always get things the first time it's explained - esp being a more visual person
Didn't think this was going to be intense but totally kicked butt at the end. Steph has a super firm but motivating presence. Just the quick burn I needed
