This is a quick 10 min fat burning workout! It focuses on Cutting/Shredding/Toning the BACK & BICEPS.
This round has no breaks we go all they way through for 10 minutes! YES YOU CAN!

Any of these 10 min Assaults can be stacked with other 10 min Assaults (60sec REST) in between each 10 min block or they can paired with 30 min Mass Building workout or Mass Building 30 min Gym focused workout.

Great short blast. Visual models of differ mr forms would be helpful as app progress. Maybe start with a very simple stick figure to start. Not try go start to video and focus more on rhythm of music. No video leaves more room for creative mind to find what motivate customer Aloha
