It was helpful having someone talking to me during the whole class. Itβs hard to keep yourself motivated sometimes and this was super helpful.

Wow!!!
Clear directions, motivating without it being corny. This session is great for any runner at any level, I'm not a beginner but it's been a while since I've trained. I found Garrett's instructions extremely helpful to take things back to the basics in a fun and challenging way. Love it!!!

I liked how she was right there. Telling me what to do as I am focused on my exercise. It was like having a personal trainer there with you but they are not physically there.

First time doing a "class". Felt like being in a class at a gym. Nice to have someone in my ear motivating me instead of myself convincing me why I need to stop. Also love the reminders to relax the shoulders and the explanations of what I should be feeling.
