Wow!!! Clear directions, motivating without it being corny. This session is great for any runner at any level, I'm not a beginner but it's been a while since I've trained. I found Garrett's instructions extremely helpful to take things back to the basics in a fun and challenging way. Love it!!!

I liked how she was right there. Telling me what to do as I am focused on my exercise. It was like having a personal trainer there with you but they are not physically there.

First time doing a "class". Felt like being in a class at a gym. Nice to have someone in my ear motivating me instead of myself convincing me why I need to stop. Also love the reminders to relax the shoulders and the explanations of what I should be feeling.
