I'm just starting to get back into a workout routine at 42yrs old & with 25 stubborn pounds to shed. It is hard, but I've been doing this workout everyday for a week, without the incline but increasing speed. My goal is to work up to crushing it at high speeds and able to do the incline fluctuations as instructed. I'm motivated!!

I have never side shuffled on a treadmill. So, I will practice that at a slower speed. Great workout!
