In just 40-minutes we'll work our entire body using no equipment and all muscles. First we start with legs, then move into arms, and finish off with core. Each round starts with three movements that are slower, followed by 4-minutes of high intensity work. The goal is to get your heart-rate up, burn calories and always have a blast. I want you to push past your limits to get a little stronger each day.

I really enjoyed the format of this class. I liked doing the different exercises. It keeps me guessing and makes the time fly by.
