I guess after doing so much HIIT I’m not used to moves with no rest in between - and going from squats to squat jumps As the first move was absolutely not working - I had to modify to place the marching between the two types of squats.

HI Maggie! I am so sorry this was not your fave. I tried to make it clear in the summary that this is designed to have the heart rate up the entire time. Similar to steady state, we don't really ever stop moving, but similar to HIIT, we do some moves like squat jumps that elevate the heart rate even higher. The difference is that we bring it down to an aerobic level as an active recovery.
