Good and fun class. I’ve been using this app for many months now and I’ve gotta say that Garrett is my top fave instructor! She’s got great energy and total enthusiasm, which keeps me very motivated = happy!

Fun workout! Other than the jumping lunges I could do the entire workout from inside an RV :) (I did more single legged squats)

I really enjoyed this class. I feel worked and toned from head to toe. With the music, is their anyway to use our own playlist with the workouts? If not, no biggie!

I was wondering - after we did the upper back workout, for example, shouldn’t we have stretched the elbow across the chest holding with the other arm to get that upper back stretched out? I think for each exercise there’s a stretch that should happen afterwards, right? Great workout though! Saving this one. Thanks G
