This is the introductory class to Booty Blitz. The Body Blitz Booty Edition is a five-phase program that aims to help you build that booty. It will start with basic movements in Phase 1 and work up to heavy hip thrusts in Phase 5. Phase 1 may be easy enough so that you only complete it once. Each Phase will have a version of a glute bridge, a mini cardio section, a volume exercise and a builder/core-strength exercise to build complete lower body strength with the glutes.
