Glutes & Abs Strength w/ Naomi Rotstein
A workout using only your bodyweight focused on the lower body and core! We will use a variety of exercises and methods targeting the glutes, hips, thighs, abs and back. This workout will hit those stubborn areas and leave you feeling AMAZING!

At a glance

4 different circuits of 4 exercises going back and forth between a lower body circuit and abs circuit! Each exercise in the circuit will be timed and you will simply work for the allotted time and rest when needed!

I liked how she never gave up on the class and kept pushing her students to do their best and let them know they can do this. Yes it’s a lot of work and it may burn but it’s fun and gives you peace of mind to clear your head if your stress or just want to work out and have a better shape of body then you do now. I love you Naomi and thank you for this work out

Good variety and instruction. This is very advanced if you go by Naomi's pacing. Think this class would be even better w slightly longer breaks.

It was ACTUALLY hard! Several workouts on other websites say that they are high intensity, but aren't. I also liked some of the different spins she put on traditional exercises and the consistent and intense encouragement.
