Killer is workout
Great coaching and firm cues. My one (minor) complaint is that it would have been nice to have Halo as our first exercise rather than last in order to open shoulders for future work. But nice class, nice combo of KBs and tread.
Class kept cutting off
I liked "its not worth doing it half ass" and running towards your goals!!!! Great motivation for someone who has been out of the gym for awhile due to injury!!!! Loved this workout!!!
