Fat burning workout, short in duration and high intensity! We will utilize every muscle in the body using JUST your own body weight so there is no equipment needed! This workout is designed to blast calories, shed fat and tone from head to toe!

Quick warm-up:
Jumping Jacks
Mountain Climbers
Squats

Round 1:
1 minute of each strength exercise
30 seconds of burpees between each exercise

Round 2:
1 minute of each strength exercise
20 seconds of burpees

5 strength exercises:
-Squats
-Push -ups
-Lunges
-Bicycle crunches
-Plank hold
