Yes you do! If you don't have literally 2 minutes of time to sit quietly then... well, I'm sorry. Perhaps it's time to reevaluate whatever it is that doesn't afford you 2 minutes of mindful pause. Nothing complicated here. Just close your eyes, listen to the chimes and come along!

Simply find a comfortable seat, ideally somewhere quiet, but a park bench or a bus will do, too.

Hey Peter, I love this super short focus meditation. Would you consider making another one that is maybe 3-4 minutes? I frequently redo the middle to have it just a bit longer. Thanks!
