There is no timing instruction. Give us a beat to move to. I love tabata and kick boxing. This will be great once times better!

Loved the moves, the only suggestion I would have is for the instructors to make sure the movements are doable in their quick pace. Kickboxing is tough when it comes to kicks, and in the final sequence it was difficult to do the 2 kicks and punching series to the beat of the music. The music was too slow, but her queuing was fast paced.
