Like the uphill and downhill. Music both sides could be better / more beat and a bit less talking. Do an hour length one also

Awesome instructor! He helps you to get the exact resistance and speed. Spin to the beat of the music to guide you along with his, "left, right, left, right" instruction. Great music! Thanks!
