I enjoyed how clearly she spoke. I didn't feel rushed to breath. I was able to do the technic she was describing without having to rush through to the next move.

It was informative yet relaxing. Meditation is probably one of the hardest things to actually focus on doing especially when there is tension in life, but she really helped walk you through being rid of the conflict with out bringing unwanted flush of negative feeling back into the body. Only positive and relaxing vibrations. :)

You hear it is good to take deep breathes when you are upset or angry so this is perfect. Gives you five minutes away and removes it from the area the conflict is causing anxiety and tension from in the body.
When time is limited, this is a great short mediation for releasing the tension stored in your body from stress/conflict, and restoring equanimity. I'm definitely going to use it again, and expand on it when I do have the time. Her voice is also soothing but "normal" for those who don't like the whisper-y hypnotic style voice.
