I like the progression so I can jump into it cold and then the more intense part is at the end.
She could go a little slower on the shuffle/squat jumps. I didn’t have much time to travel.
Liked starting off with mat moves before working up to the higher intensity moves. Had some trouble keeping up with the tempo of the plyo moves, but overall a good, well rounded workout!
I loved the variety of moves in this workout.

The exercise activities are well put together. The instructions are clear - though the two-step ones caught me off guard at first. But I caught on when it was repeated.
I really didn’t like the music track at all this time. In addition to being a bit too loud for me to hear the more detailed instructions, it was all the same style: urban/electro/quasi rap. No real instruments or melodic content. (ie nothing you come away singing - like a song)
Its like working out to a noisy drum that just keeps beating and beating.
But Cassie was good.
Too confusing for an audio workout and not enough reps. Too many lunges.

Good workout and Cassie has calm demeanor that helps get you through. Only problem for me was that I was trying to sneak in workout while kids sleeping and there was a lot of jumping, which made too much noise in my small house.
