Circuit 2: bridge, criss-cross abs, and bicycle sit-ups
This is my 4th using MoveWith and classes have been great except fit this one. This class was a suggested "pick of day" on my home page so I tried it. I did not enjoy it and found the instructor extremely boring. She lacks enthusiasm, good timing with count and was too quiet and boring.
I would never try any of her classes ever again.
Quick (which was what I was looking for) and really got me sweating and my core burning. Great cool down too. Also love Cara's positivity!
