-continue climbing out of the saddle
-sit down, take a little gear off, and pick up speed four times

-stay standing and start to build up a hill
-continue climbing out of the saddle
-sit down, take a little gear off, and pick up speed two times

Stage 3:
-standing speed pushes
-stay standing and start to build up a hill
-continue climbing out of the saddle
-sit down, take a little gear off, and final three speed pushes!
