Thank you soo much Katie ! I didn’t even know how much I needed this with the unrest in our world right now. I started this series during quarantine to help keep me motivated while the gym was closed. All I wanted was to “maintain” my fitness level I was getting at my HITT studio , what I didn’t know was that this was going to make me BETTER than if I was at my studio!
I’m now planning to sign up for that half when they open just because I know I can be motivated to train on my own-with your help of course! -And conquer an unexpected goal ! My FIRST HALF marathon! I have never ran more than 3 miles outside in one stretch and today I ran 6.5miles during the 60 min run ! Thank you for providing this outlet and motivation during this time <3
