I’ve read a couple of critiques about the music and I can agree that it wasn’t always to my pace but I’m also aware that my 4 is faster than average. That being said, I actually enjoy the music a ton!! Wish there was a Spotify playlist of it!
Definitely a good running exercise to keep you on track and on your toes!
