Love this class. So helpful for getting back into running. But the audio was distracting. You could hear different music than what the run was playing every time you spoke.

Autumn, that is so interesting. I am sorry to hear about that distraction. One thing I can offer is that, you can tweak the background music volume whenever you want, so that you only hear me, if that is more helpful! Thank you for the feedback! Keep it up!

The class was very encouraging! I jogged/ran for 15 mins straight for the first time! It was challenging, but possible!
