Skip the first 3.5 min of explanation of how to do burpee, squat etc - not needed/not time efficient. This is a 13 min workout.

It was a great workout. I do wish you would show how to do the exercises instead of just telling you how to do them. I want to be sure I'm doing it correctly.
It was easy but intense
She had awesome music & extremely motivational!
Very hard with all the burpees, I had to take breaks but I still like the workout because of the burpees. Burpees Burn tons of calories.
