Loved the clear instructions. I was a little afraid of not knowing some of the moves but she definitely explained it and it was a great warmup or in my case a beginner workout lol

Clear instructions easy enough for me to understand. Music not exactly my style BUT it is kept to a low enough level so the instructors can be easily understood. This track was **almost** too loud.
