Thank you for the reminder - importance of breath and its own deliciousness
Really enjoyed this class. One tiny suggestion would be to have soft music in the background. I kept thinking my class turned off with the long pauses and got me out of fully focusing on the breath.

Helps really tune into the breath and get more fine grained in attention and concentration. Also adds pleasure to becoming mindful of the breath.
