I really enjoyed it! It got to me in those 12 minutes. I feel like there wasn’t enough time for 25 squats just because I wasn’t sure how deep we were supposed to go though

First, Music could be a lot better. Both in song choice and rhythm. That Tove Lo song has such a slow rhythm it does not jive with the "high-intensity" workout. Second, the work out does not feel as intense as most other HIIT classes here. Third, the exercises feel very repetitive. I know, that's kind of the name of this class but perhaps we can mix up the sets with some variations of the same exercises. Fourth, it's very clear from the instructor's voice that she is just reading a script. Even the "great job" at the end is monotone.

Stephanie is great, and I've loved some of her other classes. I didn't find this one that challenging, and got bored by the repetition of the same moves.
