Great as usual Katie! Just would like a couple of more cues before the interval starts. Love the motivation!
My experience and readiness isn’t up to the level of this. I walked thru the 1st two of the 60 second intervals of running. And the last 60 was really slow. I’m not sure if I should keep repeating this one til I’m up to it or just keep going thru the program doing everything at my best pace and then repeat the whole training again. That’s how I’m leaning at the moment. If you have any input that would be welcome. Thanks.

Went by so quickly! Loved it
Loved the encouragement, the countdowns to start and finish, the posture reminders. Although I haven’t run in over 5 years I found it easy to adapt this to getting back into it.
