Terrible way to start this series, a 20 min straight boring run with nothing to mix it up at all, and vacuous lectures about running. For real runners this was SO boring. If I’m going to run for 20 min straight I’ll do it on my own and listen to my own music. That’s not what I need MoveWith for. For beginning runners this was also so boring that I fear it will turn people off of running immediately - and is also too hard for a first run for a beginner! Terrible all around. Music also didn’t change frequently enough to make a 20 min straight run interesting.
