Rediscovering a few meditations I have saved. This class is such a great short breath and chakra release. I know when you say find a place you can sit and not fidget you are talking directly to me 🙄🙏🏽

This class is my favorite 5 minute meditation by Martin. His instructions are simple to follow and very clear. I enjoy using this meditation at my desk during lunchtime, or anytime while at work when I feel in need.
I enjoyed this class, just tried it for the first time. It was a very relaxing break and fast way to meditate. I listed to this during my lunch break at my desk in the office. Helpful that this is versatile and portable!
