Hi Tara, I don’t feel anything when hugging my knee to my chest, lifting the foot off the floor, and sitting upright. Not sure why. I decided to lay back and hug the knee in so I could feel my front hip on the opposite side opening.

Hi Kai- Thank you for messaging me! I am happy to connect. Did you cross your right foot over your left knee and then hug the leg in towards your chest? Bend the right knee and place the right foot outside the left knee, then wrap your arms around the right leg and hug it in so tight that the foot might lift off the floor
