Full Body Strength w/ Brave Body Project
Today's workout is a super boost for your entire body. We work through some total body combo moves, then move through some targeted glute and sbs focused movements to finish your sweat sesh.

Great class. Loved the variety. Only thing I didn’t know was the lever crunch. Wasn’t exactly sure what to do there so I did bicycles. :)
