It was annoying to my workout to hear the instructor say “nice job” over and over again. It was too repetitious and it was not possible for me to enjoy the class :(

I liked the variety, but the first round was confusing. Was it five walk-outs with five push-ups or a walk-out with five push-ups? Crunches for time, didn’t want to rewind and listen again

quick and effective workout. im sweaty! only thing is that naomi took a bit too long to explain some of the moves, i had already finished the first 10 reps and i was waiting around for her to explain the next one in order to move on.
