Descriptions of exercises are not clear
So challenging but also not so hard that I feel like I wont come back. Im a first time mom trying to get my body back and this workout was awesome. I was able to finish!

Some of the explanation were hard to follow- especially if you don’t know some of the moves and they are being done in combinations.
