It was pretty good. Only problem was it’s been a while since I’ve done yoga and I’ve kind of forgotten some of the poses. I wish there was a more visual way of showing me how to do the poses.

I enjoyed it up until the part where I began to not know a lot of the poses and got confused. This is only because I am not a yogi. I wish I had a simple visual pose guide :) I'll try again another time once I know what I'm doing.

Instructor has a great soothing voice. Easy to follow instructions. Paced perfectly. Got my body/blood flowing (met expectations!). This is great for someone who has done yoga at least once or twice before to keep up with the moves.

Simple sun salutations but with some great alignment cues/reminders. I always find it beneficial to slow your practice down and focus on the simple st times.
