The class was good, just feel like it was mislabeled. It was a lot of ab work and intense poses for being restorative. Also missed the ability to add music

This was not gentle, restorative or yoga! My back was tense and now it feels worse 😞. Suggest putting this under stretching as back strengthening.

Love the idea for the class as someone w a lower back injury. and the general pace was great. Liked the poses. The cuing was a bit excessive at times. Eg for the ab work early in the class don’t need to cue each step in every rep. Also one of the poses was hard to understand from the cuing. Something about the frontal plane that I didn’t understand. But otherwise good and would love more classes for people w sensitive lower backs. I can’t do Many of the he flow classes unfortunately.
