The third block required too much explanation and my body cooled down in that time. The first two blocks were great though. What should have been a 12-15 workout took nearly 20 mins due to the lengthy description of exercises. But my abs did get a nice burn.

Great workout. The second block was a bit confusing because you kept saying lower legs to 45 degrees, I think you meant 'lift' and then lower from that elevated position, right? Enjoyed it!!
