Great workout however the bs ground music is so loud in comparison to your voice instructions it is difficult to hear and got in the way of a truly awesome workout.

OMG, such a sweat! I definitely needed more rest in between each exercise, but i felt accomplished when I did complete each set! Definitely recommend this for a sweat sesh! Great workout!!!
