Restorative Yoga w/ Deborah Burkman
This class will target our hips and hopefully help relieve some back tension. This class is mostly stretching and does not take a lot of strength. This class is a great sequence to do after a long run or calisthenic work out. It is also great for after a long plane ride or if you just want to be more gentle with your practice.

Torn how to rate. This has some great stretching in it, but the starting core work did not fit a restorative yoga. Especially when there was no mention to it in the description.
