Too much explanation
Should have done vol 2 first! Found the roll ups onto elbow difficult to follow. Wasn’t sure if I was supposed to reach for opposite foot or just sit straight up. Also wasn’t clear what the final action was supposed to be.
Love the moves!!
Even w the slider fully toward the “coach” setting the music was still too loud.
