My first class and it was great. Definitely built the heat within the body and was a bit challenging. Perfect for 30 min.

I love your reminders to use the breath and the link of it to hardships and mental clutter. It we don’t give the mind something to focus on (the breath), it will go all over the place. Quoting you here. That really helped me to breathe through some challenging poses where my mind kept wanting me to stop. Thanks!
