Had to bump up the pace but it was a great sweaty workout.
Music was perfect!
Adding more motivational talking during the longer intervals and towards the end of the workout would help a lot.
It was music only. She didn't instruct. Not sure if I missed how to use app or something?
It was efficient and tough, but she could have provided more words of encouragement or had more enthusiasm.

First sprint before the last 4 minutes I needed directions like the last one where you jog and sprint that first round I didn't understand because usually you say how much to bring it up. But excellent workout thank you!

Great class, I was soaked in sweat by thee d. I wish some of the longer pushes had a little more encouragement/inspiration during them.
The hills were tough! I rarely do hills in my treadmill workouts so this was a great addition. Maggie was really motivating. I found myself really pushing it on the sprints at the end even though I was exhausted.
Wow I was not expecting this kick my ass as much as it did. I've never been able to get to this level soon tread on my own
