A timed kettlebell circuit class consisting of 2 kettlebell circuits; 4 exercises and 3 rounds each, 45s work/15s rest for a total of 24 minutes! This is an advanced workout that will get your heart rate up and strengthen your entire body.

2 circuits of 4 exercises each.
We will go through each circuit 3 times for a total of 12 minutes per circuit and a total of 24 minutes for the whole workout.
Each exercise will be 45 seconds of work with 15 seconds of rest in between each exercise

Great exercises. Enthusiasm of instruction can change / increase a bit throughout as the workout ends. I.e. The instructor stays the same level of excitement rather than, sat, yelling harder at the end which I would prefer.
