Extremely challenging, but I love how we switched up exercises using body weight and the kettle bell.
Pretty difficult, wonder if I gave it my all. But I would do again!

Great exercises. Enthusiasm of instruction can change / increase a bit throughout as the workout ends. I.e. The instructor stays the same level of excitement rather than, sat, yelling harder at the end which I would prefer.
