Awesome class. Loved the descending time intervals - made it feel much more motivating. Doable but still hard and sweaty. Also loved the number of muscle groups worked - lower and upper body and core.
Great mid-level workout to fit in when you don’t have a lot of time. Good, balanced mix of moves. LOVE the video cues. Note that the model does not have her feet butterflied on the kettlebell sit-up.
