Kickboxing Bootcamp
Cardio Kickboxing w/ Monique Gagnon- Magno
This class brings together the best of cardio kickboxing and bootcamp! We start out with cardio kickboxing to get the heart rate up and get you moving and then halfway through we will switch to a more traditional bootcamp style class where you can expect burpees, squats, lunges, push-ups, partner work, core work and more. This class is suitable for ALL levels; my goal is to get everyone moving, sweating and smiling and I promise you'll leave feeling strong and powerful!
