What pace should you be running depends on your level of running ability and your fitness goal. Try different paces and see what resonates with what you want to accomplish. We will run with three different paces. After your done you can choose which one will own better for you and which one you should be working with the most for your next run.

3-Run 2: 2x:45 sec run / 1 min recovery speed interval (speed work) 75-90% effort.

4-Run 3: 3:00 min run Easy pace 65-70% effort.

Loved the motivation. I’m not a good runner and that’s my biggest defeat when I run. The whole time during this class I felt good about myself and the run I was accomplishing.
